Partner`s Pizza & Deli in Wartburg

Not usually one for petty reviews but the dude at the counter knowingly gave me pizza that had been sitting out for way too long. It was nasty. He had the courtesy to give me a free slice, but come on man.

Love their pizza and late hours of being open.

Y’all need to fix your phone call line. Not even put on hold when you call, just says there’s no mailbox and ends. When you call back, it goes straight to “voicemail”

Worst managers and customer service. I ordered 10 wings , got them 1 hour & 30 minutes later , dry , cold & nasty! . Delivery guy was really really slow and old guy... couldn’t even walk to my door and give me my food. Called the store because my wings was very dry and old... mangers was very unprofessional and non trustworthy.

Everytime i make the mistake at 2am hammered to call shartners for a delivery i realize when the slim shady kid with face tattoos shows up 2 to 3 hours later pounding on my door when everyone is asleep waking me up is a priority cause he demands a tip because he ubered to my house at 5am.

My order just arrived, wrong, two hours late... Thought they might have been going the extra mile by giving us something extra with our incorrect order... Wrong again, Empty pizza box.lost a local customer. 👎👎totally incompetent on multiple orders. Never again.too bad you have to enter at least one star for a review.

Decent food, not the best but always consistent and great service. Staff is always polite. Sad that they no longer accept credit cards over the phone for delivery.

I ordered a fish fry but added an extra 6 shimp fried which I ionly received 4. F this place. Over priced and semi good food. 1fish fry and the(6shrimpfried) came to 27$ after 2$tip. I'ma go to Franco's or bocces

Worst Pizza and wings in Buffalo. They are open late and will deliver almost anywhere in the city to compensate for their underwhelming food.

Our pizza was a bit late comming out but the counter help was apologetic for the long wait and offered a two liter of Pop of our choice. Was very greatful for it, and we will definitely be back. The pizza was hot and yummy. Thanks Partners!

This place is downright amazing. They are open so late which is very convient. The pepperoni pizza is downright gorgeous. They have quick service and are worth stopping in for a slice.

Seriously takes 2 hours for pizza to be delivered and then tries to call saying we gave wrong address totally unprofessional!!!! Do not ever go here! The man completely disrespected me yelling saying he was gonna come to my house. And this was the 2nd time we ordered from here and both times were bad with long wait but this is the worst i even had to call the police because i had 14 missed calls from him trying to harass me. Absolutely insane please if you know whats best do not order from them!

Pizza is one of the best in the area.

Overpriced as all hell and mediocre pizza. Very disappointed. I paid $30 for two small pizzas for PICKUP. Absolutely ridiculous! You can get cheaper pizza anywhere else that is 10x better in Buffalo. TC JRs has a $13 happy hour special, and you can get a large pizza from Olisi's or Palumbo's for around $15-$16.

Stopped in during the day for a couple of slices. They were mediocre at best and greasy. A second time I tried to call in an order and the guy answering the phone snapped at me and said "call back from an unblocked number!" With that, I went to Mattinas. Advice: learn some phone etiquette.

We order from this location regularly. I would put this location on par with another pizza joint we also order from just down the street from this location. Mostly, I would say that the ingredients and prep are on par with other locations from other chains in the area. There is nothing really fantastic, nor anything lousy that is prepared for you. A solid 4/5 stars. That being said, their prices are also about average for what you'd pay from other chains' locations. Speed of delivered foods is about average when compared to other restaurants that deliver in this area.

guy on the phone was rude and nasty not only at one location BUT 2. i hope u have cash bc that’s all they accept. food isn’t worth it spend ur money where people appreciate their customers.

Their food has always been amazing and the prices are reasonable. Their hours are also convenient.

Horrible customer service. My daughter stated she could only pay with a credit card. Person who answered the phone stated it wasn't a problem. They showed up over an hour and a half later and refused her payment. Spoke with manager who hung up the phone. Very unprofessional.

Too expensive considering the poor quality of food and not all the employees that are handling food have food prep gloves on. Nasty.

Great pizza cators to my dairy allergies no problem

Called in a order and and was told food would be delivered in less than a hour and after 2hours food never came and when I call to cancel my order I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Now if you want a really good pizza go to imperial pizza on Abbott st in south buffalo

My friends and I are celebrating a going away party for my friend who is moving away and we called to order pizza at 12:35am and the worker said it would be an hour. We called back after an hour and a half just for a check up on our pizza and the man yelled at us saying " I TOLD YOU IT WOULD BE A LONG TIME!" I work in customer service and I would NEVER treat a customer like this. This company should be ashamed of themselves for letting their employees treat their customers like this. This is incredibly unprofessional.

Place claims to be open “every day until 4 am” “365 days a year” they are not. Wings soggy in past visits. Pizza is average to slightly above average. Guy on phone had attitude.

Can I just say the service sucked. Took two hours to get food. The pizza was cold. The pizza logs cold and not really cooked. The mozzarella stick let’s just say it was like a cold breaded cheese stick. The onion rings cold but you could tell if they were ever warm they would have been good. The salad let’s just say the only thing not screwed up.

I work afternoon on Tuesdays nice to have a place open till 4 am to get pizza and wings 😁

DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!! I have given this establishment many chances and they continue to let me down 1st I ordered around 3am and they said they would still deliver my food and never showed up 2nd time i ordered they told me they were backed up on orders and too call back in an hour when I did they wouldn't answer 3rd time they neglected to tell me they started a new policy where delivery is cash only. I've about had it with this place ORDER FROM ELSEWHERE!!!!

Great food was visiting out of town and had to pick something easy and opened. Which can be scary at times, this place did not disappoint! Got pizza and wings perfection

Too many complaints to list. Gave them many chances. But I guess a rule of thumb in life is not to get a pizza from a place that also sells mattresses. One time I was waiting for an order in my car in the lot, and a staff member came outside and up to my car. He mistook me for his drug dealer. Wish I was making that up. This place is a trip.

LOVED IT! Great "buffalo style" pizza. The chicken fingers were amazing. Perfect crispness to sauce ratio. I will definitely be ordering from there again. Plus, bonus that they were super polite on the phone and delivery! 👍👍👍👍👍

Great late night puzza

Food is not good delivery takes all day and the staff likes to hang up and talk like they are not employees when questioned instead some sort of tuff guys that are expecting to win a fight if one unfolds hold your breath before you order from there and hopefully you can order somewhere else when you wake up

I’d give 0 stars if possible. My friend has been a loyal customer for years. One of your employees had the audacity to find his Facebook profile and message him telling him to stop ordering a particular menu item. If said menu item is too hard to make then why have it on the menu? Now he can’t order it for the fear of his food being spit in or even worse.

Buffalo pizzeria that is open everyday of the year and delivers until 4am. Very good pizza!

Pizza absolutely horrible, wings were good except for the fake honey mustard, it was hm sauce, not the real hmtr, service was quick an courteous, but the pizza got to get better, I won't be returning for pizza
